For nearly 60 years, Solonos Group has played an important role in the lives of people and communities at the areas where it operates.

As Solonos Proud Home Creators are part of the Solonos Group, have formed the Solonos Charity House, which is the division that will empower philanthropy through our corporate citizenship philosophy.

In financial terms, Solonos Charity House receives every year the 2.0 % of each company's turnover that operates under the Solonos Group, and distributes it at the areas each company operates.

However, the 2.0 % of the turnover is not offered to philanthropic institutions in the form of money. The charity foundations (authorized by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus) are given the opportunity to place their needs on a simple letter that the board will authorize and simply provide.

The major investment Solonos Charity House does is to offer full scholarships (Tuition Fees, Accommodation, Transportation, and Monthly Expanses) to students that their families income does not allowed supporting their educational years. There is only a simple obligation for the scholarship students...just to succeed every year at their exams and provide Solonos Charity House with their year results.

Furthermore, a percentage of the funds are given to support families in terms of food, clothing, housing, and healthcare.
